Thank you for choosing Clutchcase! All of our products are made-to-order using Print-on-Demand (POD) production with custom options such as jersey numbers, names, backgrounds, and player styles. Because of this, processing time may vary.

Order Processing Time

  • Every product is custom-made when you place an order.
  • Standard processing time: 3–5 business days.
  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Holidays, NBA Playoffs), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, except to countries restricted by customs regulations, conflicts, or carrier limitations.

Partial Shipments

To reduce waiting time, orders with multiple customized items may be shipped in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves the fulfillment center, you will receive:

  • A tracking code
  • A tracking link

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Potential Delays

While rare, delays can occur due to:

  • Seasonal shipping congestion
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Extreme weather conditions

If your order is delayed more than 7 business days beyond the estimate, contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, you may be charged:

  • Import duties
  • VAT
  • Handling fees

These fees are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If the shipping address entered is incorrect and the package has already shipped:

  • We cannot offer refunds
  • Reshipment may be possible with an additional shipping fee

Please double-check your address before placing an order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking status confirms β€œDelivered”, Clutchcase is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors
  • Contacting the local post office
  • Waiting an additional 1–2 days (sometimes carriers scan early)

Print-on-Demand Disclaimer

Because each item is custom-printed:

  • Slight color variations between digital mockups and final prints may occur
  • Each piece is unique based on your customization

This is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Reprints & Replacements

We offer free replacements for:

  • Incorrect name/number
  • Incorrect color/design
  • Print defects
  • Damage upon delivery

Requirements:

  • Photo/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number

Delivery Issues

If your tracking:

  • Hasn’t updated in 7+ business days, or
  • Your order has not arrived within 30 business days
