At ClutchCase, every order is custom-made just for you. We always strive for the best quality and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because all of our products are made-to-order and personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong phone model ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

Please make sure your device model and customization details are correct before checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card).

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
